Booking Terms and Conditions

We appreciate that sometimes, the unexpected happens and your holiday plans need to change. Below are our cancellations terms and conditions.
A deposit to the equivalent of 1 night’s stay will be required upon booking with the balance payable upon check-in.

Check in time 2.00pm
Checkout time 10.00am

Late Checkout – depending on availability guests can request a late checkout for an additional charge of $20 per hour up until 2pm.
Additional cleaning charges will apply in the event of apartment being left in an unacceptable condition.

Cancellation Policy

Low Season:
7 days or more notification, refund of deposit 
7 days or less notification – no refund of deposit
48 hours or less notification – full accommodation cost is payable.

High Season: (School Holidays, Easter long weekend, Christmas & New Year)
14 days or more notification, refund of deposit 
14 days or less notification – no refund of deposit
7 days or less notification – full accommodation cost is payable.

No shows or Terminations once checked in will incur a 100% cancellation fee ie your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your stay.
If you wish to depart your stay earlier than your departure date no refund will be given.

Any cancellation fees or charges will be automatically charged to the credit card associated with the booking or deducted from any deposits received.

Covid Cancellation policy:

Cancellation policies shown above will be overridden by the COVID Cancellation Policy in the event that Government Mandated Restrictions prevent travel as follows:
Bookings made directly with the property can be cancelled and refunded in full, or deposits can be transferred to new dates.

Bookings made through third parties should be cancelled or amended through the same channel from which they were booked, cancellation fees will be waived by the property where applicable.
